| सहायक तांत्रिक परीक्षक (Assistant Technical Examiner) | Officers under the Central/State Govts. and Union Territories holding posts in the rank of: (a) (i) Assistant Engineer or equivalent; or (ii) Junior Engineer or equivalent with 3 years’ service in the grade; and (b) possessing degree in Civil Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent and preferably. experience in a research organization. |
| वरिष्ठ शल्यचिकित्सक (Senior Surgeon) | Officers of the Central/State Government Administration (a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) with 5 years regular service in the scale of Rs.8000-275-13500(pre-revised) and (b) possessing educational qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruits ie. (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-graduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in specialty concerned. (iii) Work in a responsible position connected with the specialty concerned for 3 years after post-graduation degree or 5 years after post-graduation Diploma. |
| व्याख्याता (Lecturer) | (i) A qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948). (ii) Post-Graduate qualification in Dentistry i.e. Master of Dental Surgery in concerned specialty/subject from a recognized institution or equivalent. (iii) Should be registered with Dental Council. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani. |
| सहायक प्राध्यापक (Assistant Professor) | (i) Good Academic record with at least 55%* of marks or equivalent grade at master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. (ii) National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET) shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Assistant Professor: Provided, however, that candidates who are or have been. awarded Ph. D. Degree in compliance of the “University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D. Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in colleges”. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani. |
